Unfortunately, I’m unable to reach your customer service via chat, email or phone since I’m abroad.

 

I received two WiFi punt and returned both in a single package.

 

I received an email stating that one WiFi punt is still missing. Could you please check this issue? I no longer have any WiFi points.

Do you have the tracking code? Fill in the tracking code and other privé fields in your community profile so a moderator can check this for you.


Thanks for your response. I’ll fill in all the fields. Since I’m abroad until June 2nd, I don’t have a tracking code. However, the package arrived because one of the two WiFi points was registered as received.

Good of you to bring this up and thanks for filling in the details. I have looked at your subscription, but the T&T associated with the wifi point indicates that the package has not yet been sent to us. When you get back home, can you put the T&T on your profile under: Info voor moderator? Then I can look into it with you and solve it for you! Thanks in advance.
