Hi,

 Last year, I wrote an email to Odido to cancel my account and phone number since I moved out of the Netherlands. My Dutch bank account (ABN Amro) is cancelled and I am no longer residing in the Netherlands and not having any address tied to me.

 

 I repeatedly sent the information and then requested information needed from me (passport photo, selfie, BSN number, etc.) to [email protected]. However, I still receive “Je factuur staat klarr” emails. Is it possible to cancel my odido account? My email is eedited by moderator, please don't share personal information online] and reference email (Ref: 2451/72150389).

 

 Let me know, how should we proceed this because this has been dragging for too long.

You will need to call Odido in order to cancel your subscription, you can call Odiso on telephone number 0031624001200.

Your subscription can no longer be cancelled via this forum.
