Hi, I accidently made a double booking for my e-sim, I made the first (232946227) one but then something happened and then I thought it didn't go through, then I did it again and when I checked my emails I saw I have received two orders (second order - 232946726), and I obviously do not need to have to of the same product. Can you please cancel one?

Hello ​@kayla van der merwe, welcome to our Community! I completely understand that you want to cancel 1 order, since you accidentally placed two orders. I immediately took a look at the orders and I see that 1 has already been delivered to you via PostNL. The other order is currently in the delivery process of our courier AMP logistics. Since 1 has already been delivered and the other is already in the courier's delivery process, I can no longer cancel them for you. 

What you can do is return one of the two to us using our online return form. You always have 14 days reflection time on your order, because it is closed online. So you can cancel 1 of the 2 free of charge within 14 days using the form.
