If you have chosen to pickup your order in the store than it can take up to a few working days for your order to be available in the store, when the phone is out of stock it will take longer.

You can search for the number of the store and call them or visit the store to check on your order.

Orders you want to pickup in the shop, they cannot be tracked online.

I've looked at your order, and I see that there is a note saying that my colleagues should e-mail you once your phone is ready for pick up, so please keep an eye on that. It usually takes 1-3 working days. Please let us know when you've heard from my colleagues in the shop and if you were able to pick up your phone. Would love to hear from you! 

I received and email yesterday and picked up the phone. Thank you
